Upload a video

Procedure / 3 steps

1. 01Callout 1. Press Select File and choose an MP4, MOV or WebM file. You can also drop the file on the panel.
2. 02Callout 2. Check Project Name. It is filled in from the file name, and you can change it.
3. 03Callout 3. Press Create Project. The file uploads, then the project page opens and reports each step as it happens.

Task 02 / New project

Start from a video in Google Drive

Procedure / 3 steps

1. 01Connect Google Drive once, in Settings under Accounts. Google asks which account to use, and it can be a different one from the account you sign in to ClipForge with.
2. 02Press Choose from Google Drive and pick an MP4, MOV or WebM video. ClipForge sees only the file you pick.
3. 03Check Project Name and press Create Project. The video is copied from Drive, then the project page opens.

Task 03 / New project

Cancel an upload

Procedure / 1 step

1. 01While the file is uploading, press Cancel upload. The half-made project is removed.

Task 04 / New project

Use a video from a link

Status

A project starts from a file. A YouTube or other page link is not accepted.
