What exactly is included in the Free plan?

The Free plan gives you 3 videos per month with a 30-minute max length per video, 720p export quality, AI clip detection, smart reframing, and one caption style. Exported clips include a small ClipForge watermark. There is no trial expiration, the Free plan is available indefinitely so you can use it as long as you like.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Remedy
When you select any paid plan (Creator, Pro, or Agency), you get 14 days of full access to every feature in that tier. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you decide not to continue, your account simply reverts to the Free plan with no charges. If you upgrade, billing begins on day 15.
Can I generate AI images and videos in ClipForge?
Remedy
Yes. AI image generation (powered by Google Gemini) is included with every plan and metered against your monthly AI usage allowance, generate thumbnails and visuals straight from a text prompt. AI video generation runs on your own Replicate or fal API key (BYOK), so you control the model and pay the provider directly. Both work the same way: describe what you want, ClipForge runs the job, and you are notified the moment it is ready to download. Add a Replicate or fal key in Settings -> AI & API Keys to unlock video.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Remedy
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access to your current tier features until then.
Do unused videos roll over to the next month?
Remedy
No, video quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. This keeps pricing simple and predictable. If you consistently need more capacity, upgrading to the next tier is usually more cost-effective than worrying about unused credits.
What happens to my clips if I cancel my subscription?
Remedy
Your exported clips are yours to keep, they are saved to your device when you download them. If you cancel a paid plan, your account reverts to the Free tier. Any projects and clips stored in your ClipForge library remain accessible for 90 days, giving you time to download anything you need before data is removed.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely with full PCI-DSS compliance. We do not store your card details on our servers, Stripe handles all payment data.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Remedy
Yes. All paid plans offer annual billing at a 20% discount. Creator drops to $15.20/month, Pro to $39.20/month, and Agency to $119.20/month when billed annually. Use the billing toggle on this page to see annual rates. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your account settings.
What is the difference between Pro and Agency?

Pro ($49/month) supports up to 100 videos per month, team sharing, API access, and brand kits. Agency ($149/month) adds unlimited videos, white-label output (your branding, not ours), multiple client workspaces, and priority support with response times under 2 hours. Agency is designed for teams managing content across multiple clients or brands.
Is there a student or nonprofit discount?

Yes. We offer a 30% discount on Creator and Pro plans for verified students and registered nonprofit organizations. Contact us at support@strategia-x.com with proof of eligibility (student ID or nonprofit registration) and we will apply the discount to your account within one business day.
Can I get a refund if ClipForge is not the right fit?
Remedy
Absolutely. We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of any paid plan, no questions asked. After 30 days, you can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle with no further charges. Contact support@strategia-x.com for refund requests.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
Remedy
Yes. For organizations with needs beyond the Agency tier, such as higher concurrency, custom integrations, SLA guarantees, or dedicated infrastructure, we offer tailored enterprise plans. Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no per-clip charges, no overage fees, and no hidden costs. Your plan includes everything listed in the feature comparison above. The only additional option is switching between monthly and annual billing for the 20% annual discount.
