What exactly is included in the Free plan?
Remedy
The Free plan gives you 3 videos per month with a 30-minute max length per video, 720p export quality, AI clip detection, vertical reframing, and one caption style. Exported clips include a small ClipForge watermark. There is no trial expiration, the Free plan is available indefinitely so you can use it as long as you like.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Remedy
Your first paid subscription (Creator, Pro, or Agency) starts with 14 days of full access to every feature in that tier. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you have not added a payment method when it ends, your account returns to the Free plan with no charges. If you have, billing begins on day 15.
Can I generate AI images and videos in ClipForge?
Remedy
Yes. AI image generation (powered by Google Gemini) is included with every plan and metered against your monthly AI usage allowance, generate thumbnails and visuals straight from a text prompt. AI video generation runs on your own Replicate or fal API key (BYOK), so you control the model and pay the provider directly. Both work the same way: describe what you want, ClipForge runs the job, and you are notified the moment it is ready to download. Add a Replicate or fal key in Settings -> AI & API Keys to unlock video.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Remedy
Yes, from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately: Stripe shows the amount due, with the unused part of your current plan credited, before you confirm. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access to your current tier features until then. The same goes for switching interval: monthly to annual starts now, annual to monthly when the paid year ends.
Do unused videos roll over to the next month?
Remedy
No, video quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. This keeps pricing simple and predictable. If you consistently need more capacity, upgrading to the next tier is usually more cost-effective than worrying about unused credits.
What happens to my clips if I cancel my subscription?
Remedy
Your exported clips are yours to keep, they are saved to your device when you download them. If you cancel a paid plan, it stays active to the end of the period you paid for, then the account reverts to the Free tier. Projects and clips in your ClipForge library are kept for 30 days after that, so you can download what you need; after that, anything beyond the Free plan limits may be deleted (Terms 6.4).
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely with full PCI-DSS compliance. We do not store your card details on our servers, Stripe handles all payment data.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Remedy
Yes. Billed annually, Creator is $180 a year ($15/month), Pro is $468 ($39/month) and Agency is $1,428 ($119/month), up to 21% less than paying monthly. Use the billing toggle on this page to see annual rates.
What is the difference between Pro and Agency?
Remedy
Pro ($49/month) supports up to 100 videos per month, team sharing and brand kits. Agency ($149/month) adds unlimited videos, white-label output (your branding, not ours) and multiple client workspaces. Agency is designed for teams managing content across multiple clients or brands.
Is there a student or nonprofit discount?
Remedy
Yes. We offer a 30% discount on Creator and Pro plans for verified students and registered nonprofit organizations. Contact us at support@strategia-x.com with proof of eligibility (student ID or nonprofit registration) and we will apply the discount to your account.
Can I get a refund if ClipForge is not the right fit?
Remedy
Yes, once. Your first paid subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee: email support@strategia-x.com within its first 14 days for a full refund. It applies once per customer, and not to later subscriptions, upgrades or renewals. After that, partial billing periods are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle with no further charges (Terms 6.5).
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?

For needs beyond the Agency tier, email support@strategia-x.com with your requirements and we will tell you what we can offer. There is no published enterprise plan, and no service-level agreement is offered on any plan.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
Remedy
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no per-clip charges, no overage fees, and no hidden costs. Your plan includes everything listed in the feature comparison above. The only additional option is switching between monthly and annual billing for the 20% annual discount.
